This book was written by Dan Brown and published in 2003. The book is about a group of people who get involved in the search for the Holy Grail. They start this search after finding clues from Leonardo Da Vinci, who had been an important figure during the Renaissance period.

The story follows Robert Langdon, a Harvard professor, who has to save the life of a French police officer before he gets killed by someone else.

He is helped by Sophie Neveu while on his search for the truth behind all these secret codes and religious symbols that are found in some paintings from Da Vinci's time.

The Da Vinci Code is a 2003 mystery-detective novel written by American author Dan Brown. It follows the adventures of Harvard University professor Robert Langdon and Sophie Neveu after a murder in the Louvre Museum in Paris,

causes them to become entangled in a battle between the Priory of Sion and Opus Dei over the possibility of Jesus having been married to Mary Magdalene, as well as secrets about the Holy Grail—which Robert Langdon describes as "a legend built on lies". The book became a bestseller almost immediately.
